Utah Trademark Protection Act on Hold?
The news on the Trademark Protection Act passed by the Utah Legislature earlier this year is that it likely will not be enforced when it goes into effect today. This news came after Utah lawmakers met, one might argue rather belatedly, with high-tech execs who aired their concerns about the law.
