NIKE Sues Wal-Mart for Patent Infringement

NIKE has sued Wal-Mart in the Northern District of Illinois claiming that Wal-Mart infringed NIKE's design patents in its "NIKE SHOX" shoes.  You can find a copy of the complaint, filed Monday, including pictures of the shoes sold by Wal-Mart, here (PDF,17 pages).
